However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with a product, we will replace it with any of our other products free of charge.
PLEASE BE SURE TO SEND US THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
1. Original sales receipt
2. Original UPC code from package.
3. Your Full Name, Complete Return Address and the Name of our Product you would like as your replacement. (no P.O. boxes please)
4. Your current e-mail address if there are any complications for us to contact you.
• Must be postmarked within 30 days of enclosed sales receipt AND sent by certified mail.
• Incomplete requests (requests without ALL of the above mentioned items) will NOT be processed.
• We are NOT responsible for requests lost in the mail. All requests will be verified.
• LIMIT: 1 (one) request per customer in a 12 month period.
