We are very confident in our products. However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with a product, we will replace it with any of our other products free of charge.
Please be sure to send us the following items:
- Original sales receipt
- Original UPC code from package.
- Your Full Name, Complete Return Address and the Name of our Product you would like as your replacement. (no P.O. boxes please )
- Must be postmarked within 30 days of enclosed sales receipt AND sent by certified mail.
- Incomplete requests (requests without ALL of the above mentioned items) will NOT be processed.
- We are NOT responsible for requests lost in the mail. All requests will be verified.
- LIMIT: 1 (one) request per customer in a 12 month period.
