We stand behind our products! If you are not satisfied with your detox product, please read the following instructions to start the refund process.
To complete a refund, you must fill out and submit the form below, then mail us the following – 1) a copy of your ID or DL, 2) proof of purchase or original receipt, 3) the UPC barcode from the packaging or label of the product, and 4) the reference number (you will get a reference number when you submit the form below) to:

Remember, you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing in the required guarantee request information. Any guarantee that is granted will be based on the purchase price listed on the original receipt and may take 8-10 weeks to process, once received. Consumer pays all taxes. Any taxes paid will not be refunded.

Wellgenix brands reserve the right to verify information, require a proof of purchase, or deny guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

Please note, because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Wellgenix LLC Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
